How This Quiz Fits Into the RISE Method
This Inner Critic Quiz is the first step of the RISE method, the framework used inside the virtual, self-paced Inner Critic Bootcamp to create lasting change. The RISE method includes four simple steps:
1. Recognition
This is where we start. Recognition is about becoming aware of how your inner critic actually operates, not judging it or trying to get rid of it. This quiz helps you recognize the thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that keep self-doubt, overthinking, and perfectionism on repeat.
2. Interruption
Once you can recognize your patterns, we work on interrupting them in real time. Inside the bootcamp, this looks like learning how to pause self-critical spirals, regulate your nervous system, and respond differently instead of reacting on autopilot.
3. Shifting
Shifting is where new patterns are built. We focus on changing your internal dialogue, emotional responses, and habits so confidence and self-trust can grow without forcing positivity or motivation.
4. Embodying
The final step is embodying. This is about integrating everything you’ve learned so confidence, clarity, and self-trust become part of how you show up in your daily life, not something you have to think about or work at constantly.
